Andrea Mezvinsky has a story to tell, and she does it with just the right blend of humor and poignancy in A WOMAN IN REVERSE. At a time when we are all managing to hang around longer, we often become caretakers for those who raised us. With the experience and wisdom of a divorced daughter attempting to solidify her identity, she finds herself in the role of both mother and daughter. Frustratingly and amusingly, she takes you through a day in this incongruous life. The beauty of Mezvinsky’s performance is that she has managed just the right combination of anger, irony, and an underlying consistent current of love. The title is perfect – A WOMAN IN REVERSE.
