iSOMEONE EXTRAORDINARiX! is incredibly timely, and we are immersed in the personal journey and frustration of what it feels like to up against a Visa deadline. This play touches all of us deeply, immigrant status or not. The acting and staging are superb. The dialog is captivating: “Do you have any idea what means to be called an alien?” “This is a rigged system designed to make you fail” demonstrate the passion and poignancy of dialog delivered superbly. Each cast member adds richness, and we respect and admire their frustration and persistence as our own anger of the injustice’s simmers.
